Return requests

Request a return within 15 days after your order arrives. Products must be new, unopened and sealed to qualify. We do not offer exchanges.

To request a return, email info@themnc.ca or use our contact form. Include your order number, the product and the reason for your request. Please wait for approval and return instructions, including the drop-off location, before sending anything back.

Refunds

There is no restocking fee on approved returns. Refunds are issued by e-transfer within 7 days after approval.
