At The Maple Nutrition Centre, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness products and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
- Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety and quality control standards.
Support for Opened Products
While we cannot accept returns on opened items, your satisfaction remains important.
If you experience an issue with an opened product, we will facilitate a dialogue with the product’s manufacturer or producer to explore solutions or product improvements. Our goal is to ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
Restocking Fee
A 6% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee helps cover processing, handling, and product inspection.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued via e-transfer.
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the date the return is approved for the refund to be processed.
